Vidyut Feels Sidharth Shukla Was Misunderstood

Sidharth Shukla's demise was one of the most heartbreaking moments in the telly world. The handsome hunk breathed his last on September 2, 2021, and leave millions of his fans in tears. And while the fans are still trying to come to terms with his unfortunate demise, his BFF Vidyut Jammwal has made a big revelation about the late actor and said that he was misunderstood.

He made the revelation during his recent interview with Siddharth Kannan wherein he spoke about his friendship with the Bigg Boss 13 winner. During the conversation, Vidyut was asked about what's common between him and Sidharth Shukla. To this he asserted, "pagalpan, galatfehmi, nidar hona.... Common".

Later, Vidyut was also quizzed if he felt like Sidharth was his twin brother and hence they had a great chemistry. However, the Khuda Hafiz actor explained, "Nahi aisa nhi hai.. kayi similarities. Dosti aise nahi hoti hai ki twin brother... like aap me similarities hoti hain, aapko ek dusre ke gun pasand aate hain ya napasand hain. Kayi baar rishta judna hota hai connection hona hota hai ho jata hai... kuch dekhte hi nahi ho aap. wo wala connection hota hai, is tarah ki dosti hoti hai".

For the uninitiated, Vidyut and Sidharth had been friends for over 2 decades and shared a great bond. Vidyut had earlier shared a heart-wrenching tribute for Sidharth Shukla wherein he was seen getting emotional as he remembered the late actor. He said, "Sidharth Shukla has been my best friend because I've never had a friend like him. I've never had a friendship with anybody like the one I had with Shukla".

He also stated that healing from Sidharth's loss wasn't easy for him and that things keep coming back to him in memories. Vidyut also admitted that Sidharth's mom Rita was his biggest support during this phase. "You can't heal from something like that. I learned a very beautiful thing from his mom that I swear I had never heard before. His mom changed my life. I met her recently and there's something she told me. Aunty never cried after Sidharth's demise and even now, you will never see her shedding tears," he was quoted saying.
