New Delhi: Sona Mohapatra once again called out Shehnaz Gill for being an 'opportunistic' woman who 'sucks up to sexual perverts'. The Ambarsariya singer quoted a video on Twitter wherein she was slammed for standing up for someone by pulling another woman down in the name of 'feminism'.

The video was in response to her tweet, "Spend some money, time & effort on getting an education; music teacher, acting coach, voice-dialogue intonation coach & practice whatever other craft you want to project as ur talent, profession. 'Cute, glib talk, sucking up to successful men, buying PR, SM', not success."

Sona in a reply to the video wrote, "In my book of feminism,not 'all women angels' & nor are 'all men' monsters & women who puncture/set back the fight for equality by being opportunistic & suck up to serial sexual perverts like Sajjid Khan need to be held accountable & called out.Stop with this victimhood paid PR."

Now, netizens are backing Shehnaaz Gill and are lashing out at the Bollywood singer. Expressing their displeasure over Sona's remarks, fans of Shehnaz Gill want everyone to block the singer. For the unversed, the twitter controversy started over Shehnaz's Gill's video wherein she paused to during her performance at an awards function out of respect for the azan prayer call. The ex-bigg boss contestant was praised by all quarters for being a 'good soul'.

Sona Mohapatra, however, slammed Shehnaaz and said that the actress's act rather reminded her of 'support, reverence and glorification' of multiple accused sex offender & pervert Sajid Khan'.

Post the tweets, Sona was brutally trolled and criticized for demeaning Shehnaz Gill.
