Sukesh Chandrasekhar Sends Legal Notice To Mika Singh: Conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar has taken legal action against renowned singer-composer Mika Singh. This comes after the singer made a shady comment on Jacqueline Fernandez's photo with Belgian martial artist and actor Jean-Claude Van Damme.
A few days back, Mika commented on Jacqueline's photo and wrote, "You are looking so beautiful... he is much better than Sukesh." Although the comment now stands deleted, it raised many eyebrows, and Sukesh has now accused the singer of tarnishing his image.

Fraudster Sukesh is currently imprisoned at the Mandoli Jail. According to a report by E-Times, he sent a letter to Mika Singh through his lawyer, Anant Malik, and slammed him for commenting on his lady love photo.
The letter read, "Your statement has triggered extensive public discourse about our client's character and personality, subjecting him to a de facto trial by media. This situation is exacerbating his existing distress and poses significant challenges due to relentless media scrutiny."
"Our client is a man of repute and enjoys goodwill in the Indian film industry, various business houses and political circles. He holds goodwill and reputation both nationally and at a global level. You yourself being a member of the Bollywood industry are is very well aware of the struggles one faces to build his/her name in this field. However, your comment has not only tarnished our client's image but has also adversely affected his personal and professional life," it added.
The notice further called Mika Singh's comment a 'deliberate and desperate' act to malign Sukesh's image and that such behaviour won't be tolerated. It stated, "You are, therefore, put to notice that by your derogatory comment, you have committed serious criminal offence of defamation, and are therefore liable to be prosecuted, inter-alia, under the provisions of Sections 499/500 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860."
He also demanded an apology from Mika Singh. Earlier, he warned trolls who criticise Jacqueline online.
Chandrashekhar has been jailed in connection with a Rs 200 crore extortion case and was rumoured to be in a relationship with Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez.
Though the Bollywood diva has denied dating him, Sukesh is quite vocal about his love for the actress and keeps sending her letters from prison frequently.
