Sunny
Deol
On
Ending
Feud
With
SRK:
Bollywood
actor
Sunny
Deol
made
a
major
comeback
in
2023
with
Gadar
2
and
reminded
the
audience
that
he
is
the
OG
action
hero.
The
film
went
on
to
become
a
huge
hit
at
the
box
office.
Following
the
success,
we
also
saw
the
actor
reconcile
his
long-standing
differences
with
Shah
Rukh
Khan
and
make
a
joint
appearance
at
the
Gadar
2
success
bash.
The
feud
between
the
stars
is
no
secret,
as
they
have
not
been
on
speaking
terms
for
16
years.
However,
for
the
Gadar
2
success
celebration,
the
entire
industry
came
together,
and
among
them
were
SRK
and
his
wife,
Gauri
Khan.
And
now,
Deol
reflected
on
his
mended
relationship
with
the
Jawan
actor
and
opened
up
about
the
reconciliation.
Sunny
Deol
on
reconciling
with
SRK
In
a
recent
interview
with
the
Hindustan
Times,
Sunny
Deol
talked
about
the
overwhelming
support
he
got
from
actors
from
different
generations
who
graced
Gadar
2's
success
party
earlier
this
year.
Shah
Rukh
and
Sunny
hugged
each
other,
which
became
the
talk
of
the
town.
Talking
about
the
same,
Deol
told
the
outlet,
"Everybody
has
moved
ahead
in
life.
and
mentally
happy,
secure
with
what
they
have.
When
they
were
younger,
they
weren't
like
that.
Now
everybody
is
happy
and
satisfied."
"Everyone
of
us
knows
what
wrong
or
right
we
did.
Time
is
a
healer.
It's
best
to
leave
it
there.
I
was
so
happy
that
everyone
turned
up
at
my
party," he
added.
When
asked
about
how
he
felt
when
everyone,
from
the
previous
to
the
current
generation
of
the
industry,
attended
the
party,
he
added,
"Everyone
knows
I
am
not
a
party
person.
There
was
a
lot
of
warmth.
Us
Deols
are
blessed.
It
started
with
my
dad,
we
followed
his
way.
One
never
wants
to
harm
anybody,
we
never
do
that."
"I
rather
say
sorry
if
I
have
done
anything.
That's
the
kind
of
person
I
am.
I
have
no
fear
of
anybody,
nobody
can
take
anything
away
from
me.
We
have
always
been
givers.
That's
the
way
our
journey
has
been.
We
all
are
shy."
Talking
about
SRK
and
Sunny
Deol's
rift,
it
all
started
with
the
1993
film
Darr,
when
the
latter
felt
that,
as
a
protagonist,
his
role
was
sidelined
by
SRK's
antagonist
role.
Following
the
film's
release,
both
never
spoke
to
each
other.
Meanwhile,
Sunny
Deol
has
a
lineup
of
films
for
2024,
including
Baap,
Soorya,
and
Lahore
1947.
