Aryan Khan Drug Case: Sameer Wankhede's Wife Denies 'Bribery Allegations'

In a fresh update on Aryan Khan's drug case, ex-CBI officer Sameer Wankhede's wife denied the bribery allegations against him. Kranti Redkar Wankhede told ANI, "Everyone knows that the allegations being leveled against him are wrong. These are just allegations, and we are fully cooperating in the CBI proceedings. We have faith in law and order and are ready to cooperate with the investigating agency as a responsible citizen."

Earlier, Sameer Wankhede, in response to the claims had said, "I am getting rewarded for being a patriot, yesterday 18 CBI officials raided my residence and searched it for more than 12 hours while my wife and children were present in the house. They found Rs 23,000 and four property papers. These assets were acquired before I joined the service," Wankhede said.

During the promotional interview for his upcoming film, Zara Hat Ke Zara Bach Ke, Vicky Kaushal was asked if he will consider remarrying someone better than Katrina Kaif. A media person asked Vicky, "Humare desh me shaadi janmo janmo ka saath hota hai. Kya aapko lagta hai yeh sahi hai ki divorce karke Katrina Kaif se agar koi achhi heroine milti hai to karna chahiye (Do you think it's fair to opt for second marriage if you get some actor who is better than Katrina Kaif)?"

To this he replied hilariously, "Kya bola aapne? Shaam ko ghar bhi jaana hai. Aise aise tedhe-medhe sawaal pooch rahe ho. Bachcha hu, abhi bada toh ho lene do. Kaise jawaab du iska main? Itna khatarnaak sawaal puchha hai (What did you just ask? I have to go home too. What complicated questions you are asking. I am still a child. How do I even answer this dangerous question?)."
