Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar: Ranbir Kapoor-Shraddha Kapoor's much-awaited flick released in the cinema halls on Wednesday (March 8) on the occasion of Holi 2023. The romantic comedy, which has been directed by Luv Ranjan, has been trending ever since the trailer was unveiled. While the movie buffs have given the movie thumbs up, a certain section of the audience gave scathing reviews on social media.

It's drama into Drama and again drama. #TuJhoothiMainMakkaar is a body without soul. Lov's direction is not only bad but all Actors also have done really bad acting. It's a wahiyat film. I give 1* to this c***."

Netizens slammed KRK for mocking Ranbir Kapoor and taking a dig at the Sanju actor at the expense of Kartik Aaryan. One user took a jibe at the Bigg Boss 3 contestant and said, "Sir Holi Wale Din Bhaang Peke Tweet Mat Karo."
"Holi mein kuchh jyada hi nasha chada hai krk ko," another user wrote. Twitterati reminded KRK that Ranbir Kapoor has delivered hit films like Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and Brahmastra.
Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar co-starring Anubhav Singh Bassi, Boney Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia also featured Nushrratt Bharuccha in a special appearance. The film released on Holi and hence, has got the advantage of extended weekend. It remains to be seen how TJMM performs at the box office.
