Urfi Javed in a tweet called out the viral morphed picture of Sangeeta Phogat and Vinesh Phogat. The social media sensation took to her micro-blogging site on Sunday and shared a collage of the photo's real and morphed version.

Urfi also slammed the people for spreading a false narrative. For the unversed, the real image featured the serious faces of wrestlers whereas the morphed pic showed them smiling for the picture.

Urfi wrote on Twitter, "Why do people edit photos like this to prove their lies? Kisi ko Galat thehrane ke liye itna nahi girna chahiye ki jhoot ka sahara liya jaaye (One should not take support of lies to prove the other person wrong)."

ABOUT WRESTLERS' PROTEST

The wrestlers are protesting at New Delhi's Jantar Mantar against alleged sexual harassment by Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh for quite some time now. They are demanding his arrest.
On Sunday, the Delhi police detained Vinesh Phogat, Sakshi Malik, and Bajrang Punia for law-and-order violation. They breached the security cordon as they tried to move towards the new Parliament premises for a planned women's 'Mahapanchayat'.

In the latest developments, reports suggest that the wrestlers have been taken to different unknown locations and Police have cleared the protest site.
