Sunny Deol’s Mumbai Bungalow To Be Actioned By Bank As Gadar 2 Star Failed To Pay Loan Worth Crores: VIRAL PIC

Sunny Deol News: While Sunny Deol basks in the glory of his recent hit, Gadar 2, troubles seem to be mounting for the actor. A bank notice published in a newspaper has raised concerns, indicating that his Juhu-based mansion named Sunny Villa might be subjected to e-auction due to unpaid dues. The e-auction is scheduled for September 25.

The notice discloses that Ajay Singh Deol, also recognized as Sunny Deol, had taken out a substantial amount of Rs 55,99,80,766.33 from the Bank of Baroda. In this case, he also served as the guarantor. The bank's intention is to virtually auction his property to recover the aforementioned amount.

Sunny Deol utilizes the mansion for his business operations. It houses the premises of Sunny Super Sound, his office, along with a preview theater and two post-production suites. This establishment dates back to the late 1980s.

In line with the procedure, Bank of Baroda will seek approval from the District Magistrate. Upon receiving this approval, the eventual buyer will gain physical possession of the property.

During the virtual auction, the highest bidder will gain symbolic possession of the bungalow. After securing approval from the District Magistrate, the buyer can then take actual possession, a process that might span from several months to a few years.

Reports suggest that Deol had mortgaged his studio to secure funds for his directorial project, Ghayal Once Again (2016). To repay his financiers, he chose to avail a loan using his property as collateral.

Meanwhile, as it enters its second weekend, Gadar 2 continues its impressive streak at the box office. The movie, featuring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel in the lead, has been consistently shattering box office records since its release. On Saturday, Gadar 2 achieved another milestone by surpassing Baahubali 2's record. The film reportedly earned a remarkable Rs 31.07 crore on that day.

Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion had earned Rs. 26.5 crore on its second Saturday. Gadar 2 surpassed this figure, thereby setting a new benchmark. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh disclosed that Gadar 2's Saturday collection had now reached Rs 31.07 crore, pushing the film's total Indian box office earnings to Rs 336.20 crore. Anticipations are high that the movie will join the Rs 350-crore club on Sunday and eventually secure a place in the coveted Rs 400-crore club.
