Aryan Khan Buys Lavish Property Ahead Of Bollywood Debut: Aryan Khan, superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son, is no stranger to spotlight. From personal life to professional front, the handsome star kid has always manages to grab a lot of attention over the years. Ahead of his much-anticipated debut, we hear that Aryan has purchased a luxe property in Delhi. For those unversed, her sister Suhana Khan had also purchased a property in Alibaug last year.

Aryan Khan Buys Property In Delhi Worth XX Crores

After launching his own luxury street wear clothing brand, the 26-year-old Aryan Khan has reportedly purchased two floors of a building in South Delhi's Panchsheel Park. According to reports, it's the same building where his parents Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan used to live in during their early days.

According to reports, the star kid has splurged about Rs 37 crores for the property. As per the documents accessed by the Economic Times, Aryan paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.64 crores and the transaction was registered in May 2024. Reportedly, the Khan family already owns the basement and the ground floor of the building.

Aryan Khan Directorial Debut

On the work front, Aryan Khan is all set to make his directorial debut with a six-episode web series titled 'Stardom', under the production banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. Set against the backdrop of rhe film industry, the series is reportedly headlined by Kill actor Lakshya.

As per reports, his dad SRK, Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar along with other Bollywood A-listers have made a cameo in the series. The show also stars Bobby Deol. Aryan has already wrapped up the shooting for his directorial debut project in May 2024.
