The actress has had already raised the excitement among fans by sharing a heartwarming clip from the movie yesterday. Now, it has come to our notice that she picked husband Ranbir Kapoor's lucky number to drop the official teaser of the movie before it hits the theatres on October 11.

According to an exclusive report by Filmfare, the actress herself picked Ranbir Kapoor's lucky number as the official release date of the teaser. And if you are wondering when that is, it is on September 8. Yes, you heard it right, the teaser will be out on Sunday, September 8, 2024.

For the unversed, number 8 played a significant role in Ranbir and Alia's relationship, and they have often seen using the sign infinity which is the reverse of number 8. Even for their wedding, Alia opted for inifinity sign in her mangalsutra, kaleeras, bridal bangles, and mehendi. Ranbir reportedly has fascination with the number as it is associated with his mother Neetu Kapoor's birthday, July 8th.

On Wednesday, several reports came in after Jigra recieved UA certification from the CBFC. The length of the teaser is 2.52 minutes. The clip which was shared by Alia started with her voice that states, "Tujhe mein kuch bhi hone nahi dungi, kabhi bhi..."

The film also stars Vedang Raina as the brother of Alia Bhatt. It is a joint venture of Alia's Eternal Sunshine Production and Karan Johar's Dharma Production. The story of the movie revolves around Alia and Vedang's sibling bond.
