Anand Pandit Celebrates Close Friend Big B's Big Day in Style

Amitabh Bachchan turns 82 on October 11 and his close friend and associate Anand Pandit is going all out to mark the big day in style. He has arranged for 21 massive LED hoardings across Mumbai as well as at malls and airports across the country to greet the megastar.
At multiplexes and single-screen halls, a birthday greeting from Anand Pandit Motion Pictures will flash on the screen before the start of the movie and post-interval. A digital poster featuring the superstar in his dapper 70s avatar with the words, "Sadi ke mahanayak to janamdin ki hardik shubhkaamnayen'' will also be showcased in PVR Inox, Cinepolis, and others. The same poster will also be seen in newspapers and in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertisements in malls. Full page ads in leading national and regional (Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati) newspapers will also carry the greetings.

Pandit says, "This is just a small way to remind Mr Bachchan what he means to his millions of fans. His cinema has brought so much joy and inspiration to us all and I wanted to celebrate his magnificent body of work and his life on this day."
Pandit has always memorialised Big B's birthday with special gestures. In 2023, he dedicated over 8100 trees to the superstar. The 'Amitabh Bachchan Grove' was later integrated into social organisation Grow-Tree.com's 'Trees for Tigers' project. In 2022, he pledged meals to 8000 children and donated 800 hearing aids to mark his close friend's 80th birthday.
