Upon arriving, Ranbir could be seen suggesting Alia to go for solo pictures with his hand gesture, while ignoring the paparazzi requesting for a couple pictures to meet Aditya Roy Kapur, who was standing nearby.

Upon meeting with Aditya, Ranbir and Aditya apparently had a light chat and went on to attend the event as the paparazzi screamed 'RK RK' for a bite.
