Exclusive! Anuj Saini On Working With Alia Bhatt, "She Is Such A Big Star, But Very Grounded"

Anuj Saini has been a part of multiple advertisements and music videos. The actor has also done movies like Gandhi Godse Ek Yudh and Aayushmati Geeta Matric Pass. The latter got released last week (18th October) in theatres and it also stars Kanishka Kapoor in the lead role.

When it comes to advertisement and music videos, Anuj has worked with actresses like Alia Bhatt, Jacqueline Fernandez, Janhvi Kapoor, and others. Filmibeat recently interacted with Anuj, and when asked about his experience of working with Alia, he said, "Let me tell you a funny incident. I did an ad with Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, and I was a junior artist in that; we had shot it in Mehboob Studio. Cut to, one and a half years later, I did an ad with Alia as a lead, and played her boyfriend. We shot that ad in Delhi, and I interacted with her a lot. We spoke for like 1-2 hours, during our break time."

"She was just like a normal person. I went with preconceived notion that 'Alia is a star and she will throw tantrums, and have attitude'. But, there was nothing like that. In fact, she came to me, and introduced herself, 'I am Alia Bhatt, I will be your co-actor for today'. So, she is such a big star, but very grounded. It was a very good experience, I got to learn a lot from Alia," he added.

Further talking about Jacqueline Fernandez, Anuj said, "I did a song with Jacqueline Fernandez as well. She was also same, very grounded. The experience with Jacqueline was that when she wasn't shooting, and my shots were going on, she didn't go to vanity van, but sat with the director at the monitor and was watching my shots as well. Later, she came up to me and praised me in front of everyone."

Well, Anuj is getting good reviews for his performance in Aayushmati Geeta Matric Pass.
