Reports of Anushka Sharma's second pregnancy initially surfaced in October 2023, following a Hindustan Times report. A source close to the couple hinted at the news, suggesting they would share it formally later on.
Confirmation came in January 2024 from AB De Villiers, who addressed the pregnancy on his YouTube channel, affirming the impending arrival of their second child and emphasizing the importance of family to Virat. Soon after, he took his words back and issued an apology to Kohli family for his 'blunder'.
For those who are unaware, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli tied the knot in December 2017. After the birth of their daughter, Vamika, in January 2021, Anushka took a hiatus from acting. Although she completed filming for the sports drama Chakda Xpress, its release date remains unknown at this time.
