In addition to Yami Gautam, Priyamani plays the significant role of Rajeshwari Swaminathan, the character responsible for assigning the task of repealing Article 370 to Zoobi Haksar. Meanwhile, Arun Govil takes on the role of India's current Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.

Produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, Article 370 has been granted a U/A rating by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and has a runtime of 2 hours and 40 minutes. The film's budget is reportedly between Rs 25-35 including production and advertising costs.

The first-day box office prediction reports of the film Article 370 have also been released. It is reported that the film is like to collect approximately Rs 4-5 crore in India on its opening day as the Cinema Lovers Day (Rs 99 ticket price) helped in pushing the first day collections. To become a clean hit at the ticket window, the film should atleast earn Rs 35-40 crore on the domestic front.
