Besides Yami Gautam, the film also features Priyamani in the pivotal role of Rajeshwari Swaminathan, the character tasked with assigning the mission of repealing Article 370 to Zooni Haksar. On the other hand, Arun Govil essays India's current Prime Minister Narendra Modi's part.

Produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, Article 370 has received a U/A rating from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) andhas a run time of 2 hours and 40 minutes.
