Baba Siddique Murder Accused Arrested: Former Maharashtra Minister and NCP leader Baba Siddique's murder news had taken everyone by shock. On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, 12th October 2024, the 66-year-old politician was shot dead outside his son Zeeshan Siddique's office.

As per reports, jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's younger brother Anmol Bishnoi was the main accused in Baba Siddiqui's murder case.

Baba Siddique Murder Accused Anmol Bishnoi Arrested

According to the recent reports, Anmol Bishnoi, the accused the Baba Siddique's murder including some other high profile crime cases, has been arrested in the United States. He has been taken into police custody on Monday in California, as per reports.

The arrest news came days after NIA (National Investigation Agency) - India's central investigation agency - announced a reward of Rs 10 lakhs providing any information leading to his arrest. Recently, the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA), a non-bailable warrant for Anmol Bishnoi's arrest has been issued by the officials. Further details about his arrest are still awaited.

Anmol has also been directly linked to Salman Khan house firing case and Sidhu Moosewala murder case.

Who Is Anmol Bishnoi?

Notorious jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's younger brother Anmol Bishnoi came under the radar after the murder case of Punjabi rapper-singer Siddhu Moosewala. Anmol had reportedly fled from India using a fake passport after Sidhu Moosewala murder case. As per reports, he was last seen at a wedding in the US.

Back in 2022, NIA chargsheeted two criminal cases against Anmol.

How Was Anmol Bishnoi Connected With Salman Khan House Firing Case & Baba Siddique Murder Case?

As per reports, Anmol was the mastermind behind Baba Siddique's assassination. During the investigation, Two of the accused - Ramphool Kanjoia and Nitin Sapre- had apparently accepted Anmol's involvement in the case. They informed the officers that it was Anmol wo coordinated the attack and also provided the shooters with pics of Baba Siddique and his MLA-son Zeeshan.

After the shocking gun firing outside Salman's Galaxy Apartments which took place in April this year, Anmol Bishnoi had claimed responsibility for the firing.
