In one of the latest episodes, Ranvir Shorey looked back and talked about his relationship with Pooja Bhatt as he opened up about the time of the 'biggest scandal of his life'.

Ranvir Shorey Opens Up About His Relationship With Pooja Bhatt And How He Was Abused By His Family

Ranvir Shorey spoke his heart out about the time when his mom passed away. He further revealed how he got a call from home about his mom's passing when he was shooting for Lakshya in Ladakh in 2002. Everyone got emotional knowing that Ranvir couldn't leave the set until the shooting ended.

Later he revealed how he got involved in one of the 'biggest scandals of his life' while being in a relationship with, 'an actress', hinting at Pooja Bhatt, and how he was abused by her family. He said, "During the same time, I also encountered the biggest scandal of my life with another actress. As I was unable to cope, my brother asked me to come to the US with him for a while. I pursued a six-month acting course in the US and borrowed money from my brother. After returning from the US, I started shooting for The Great Indian Comedy Show in 2005".

He further added, "At that time, two of my long-shelved films were greenlit for release and hit theaters back-to-back within a week and my work was loved by audiences. After those films, I finally felt my life was steady as an actor and that I had arrived."

Well, Pooja Bhatt and Ranvir Shorey used to live together in an apartment after their friendship turned into a romantic relationship. However, they got separated after things got ugly between them. Pooja accused Ranvir of physically abusing her after getting drunk. However, Ranvir rejected the charges.
