The actress is said to have been taking a whopping Rs 15 Crore to Rs 30 Crore as her fee per film. After Pathan with Shah Rukh Khan, which was a superhit film, Deepika Padukone was seen in a larger than cameo role in Jawan by Atlee. In the movie, Deepika Padukone walked away with appreciation and earned applause more than the leading lady Nayanthara.
