Before his highly-anticipated performance, the singer also visited the Dakshineshwar Temple to seek blessings. He also left his Kolkata fans overjoyed after he shared a video of him enjoying coffee at the iconic 'Indian Coffee House'.

Diljit Dosanjh surely knows how to win hearts. During his Kolkata concert yesterday, the Punjabi munda send everyone into a frenzy after he paid a heartwarming tribute to Shah Rukh Khan and Kolkata - the City of Joy.
In a video, shared by himself earlier today, Diljit can be seen shouting SRK's IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders' (KKR) iconic tagline 'Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo Re!' Expressing his love for SRK, Diljit said, "Yeh bohut acchi tagline hai. Yeh KKR ki hai? Badi pyaari tagline hai. Especially Shah Rukh Khan sir ki team hai toh waese acchi lagni thi hume kyuki hum sir k fan hai. Toh yeh bada accha mantra bhi hai ki aap apni mehnat kare, lade apne saath or chahe jeete na jeeteh yeh baad ki baat hai Humara farz hai 100 per cent dena. Aap 100 percent mehnat karte hai toh obviously jeet ke paas koi option nahi reh jata. Toh yeh bada accha slogan hai. (sic)"
Diljit also heaped praises on Rabindranath Tagore, and other spiritual leaders. The video ended with him saying the love and connection between the people of Kolkata and Punjab is very old.
