Exclusive! Divya Khossla On Missing Her Mother During Savi Success, "It Is The Results Of Her Blessing"

In May this year, Divya Khossla starrer Savi was released in theatres. The movie received positive reviews, and it also did decently well at the box office. A few days ago, the movie started streaming on Netflix, and on OTT it is getting an amazing response. Savi is trending on the OTT platform in 15 countries.

During Filmibeat's new show Chaat Pe Charcha, we spoke to Divya about the film's success and a lot more. Last year, the actress' mother passed away, and when asked her if she misses her mother during this success period of her film, Divya got emotional and said, "I miss her a lot. No minute of mine passes when she is not in my thoughts. I sometimes feel so emotional and heavy because I know what she would have said, I know exactly her words. I feel very emotional, and she gave me blessings while going. I think it is the results of that blessing."

When asked her if her son, Ruhaan, has watched Savi and what was his reaction, Divya said, "He is very proud of me. He plays these roadblock games like Prison Break and all. So, he loved it. He said that this is your best perforance till date and this is like my most favourite film till date."

Savi was directed by Abhinay Deo and produced by Mukesh Bhatt. Apart from Divya, the movie also starred Anil Kapoor and Harshvardhan Rane.

Divya Khossla's Upcoming Movies

Divya has a pan-India film titled Hero Heroine lined up, and during our interview, she also revealed that before that movie, she is going to work on a Hindi film, but she would like to reveal about it later. She quipped that Savi was also announced just a few days before the release, and same way she would like to announce her upcoming movies.
