Actor Shaheer Sheikh is currently basking success of Do Patti where he impressed the audience as Dhruv Sood. Recently, Do Patti stars visited 'The Kapil Sharma Show' where the host Kapil Sharma spilled the beans on how Shaheer Sheikh is known as 'Shah Rukh Khan of Indonesia'.

Why Is Shaheer Sheikh Known As The Shah Rukh Khan Of Indonesia?

Shaheer laughed at this and shared the anecdotes behind this. The Mahabharat actor said, "Shah Rukh Khan is a huge star over there. Every person knows him well. For them, India is represented by Shah Rukh Khan. So, when my show became popular and I did a couple of movies, they started calling me the Shah Rukh Khan of Indonesia."

Shaheer Sheikh is a well known name who is recognized globally after his performance And role as Arjuna rose to fame for the superhit television show 'Mahabharat' (2013). His impeccable performance undoubtedly made the actor an overnight sensation and a household name for all the right reason. After this, his fan base continued to grow and not to mention he also built a loyal fan base for him in the Indonesian entertainment segment.

Not many know the fact that Shaheer also starred in popular Indonesian TV series such as Cinta di Langit Taj Mahal and Roro Jonggrang, where he was seen playing lead roles. Other than these, he also hosted numerous reality and variety shows, including Panah Asmara Arjuna and Asia's Got Talent, where he was seen as a guest.

On the work front, Shaheer is currently seen in Do Patti alongside Kajol and Kriti Sanon, who also turned producer for the movie. Talking about her experience as producer, Kriti said, "It's amazing, yeah. It's amazing to just get into every part of the process of filmmaking. I think I remember, you know, now when I look back, like during Heropanti, when I came on set, I was like this curious child on the set who was like, 'Yeh nakli hai?', 'Yeh mombatti hai?', 'Yeh kiya hai'. And I didn't know what was real and what wasn't."
