Indian actress and singer Deepti Sadhwani will reportedly attend Cannes 2024 on it's opening day. To note, 77th Cannes Film Festival on May 14, 2024. It has not yet been revealed what Deepti Sandwani will wear at the biggest film festival. The actress will undoubtedly has the cability to turn heads around.

Vishnu Manchu recently announced on his Indtagram about the release of his upocming movie Kannappa. Releasing the poster of the movie, he wrote, "Can’t wait to show you all a glimpse into ‘The World Of Kannappa’ on the 20th-May. Launching it in Cannes Film Festival." The movie will feature Akshay Kumar along with Vishnu. Excited fans write, "A cinematic masterpiece on its way to bringing back the story of greatest devotee #Kannappa whose story is lost to time."

Kannada actor Chetan Chandra, known for his roles in popular Sandalwood films like "PUC," "Premism," and "Jarasandha," reportedly encountered a harrowing ordeal on Sunday night in Kaggalipura, just outside Bengaluru. On Mother's Day, Chetan Chandra had taken his mother to a temple and was returning home when he was allegedly attacked by a group of around 20 individuals. The actor further revealed that he sustained injuries, including a broken nose, during the altercation.

Rajkummar Rao starrer biographical drama Srikanth, based on the inspiring life of the visually impaired industrialist Srikanth Bolla, witnessed a decent growth on its opening weekend in cinemas. Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, the film hit cinemas on May 10, 2024. The Srikanth Bolla biopic opened to a collection of Rs 2.41 crores. The film picked up pace due to positive word-of-mouth and minted Rs 4.26 cr on Saturday and around Rs 5.50 cr (early estimates) on Sunday, taking the total collection to Rs 12.17 crores (approx.) in 3 days.

As per reports, Pavithra’s sister Apeksha, husband Chandrakanth, and driver Srikant have sustained serious injuries from the incident. Post the tragic death, Pavithra's last Instagram post with her husband has gone viral on the internet. A few hours earlier the accident, she had shared the reel, featuring her husband Challa Chandu.
