Sutapa Sikdar recently opened up about her life after husband Irrfan Khan passed away, "Artistically, I’m trying to write a book, and I’m also trying to write a script for a film. The book is about Irrfan; the film is not about him. The book is not the preachy kind but a fun one with anecdotes from his and our lives. So, there are two different things that I am doing. But I’ve been through a lot mentally and emotionally. I didn’t imagine it would take so much time to recover from his loss. It’s been four and a half years since he was gone, but I haven’t been able to come back with the zest I had before." Further mentioning, “ "I didn’t write anything for three years because I just didn’t have the mental space for it. The world kind of did a 360-degree turn and I was completely shattered after Irrfan’s passing. It was very, very difficult for me because it’s not just about losing a husband; it’s about losing a partner of 34 years. And it’s an everyday struggle, and I’m just trying to overcome it. My relationship with Irrfan was that we shared a lot, and it was more of a friend zone. So that’s very difficult to suddenly not have that connection. Suddenly him not being there - a 35-year-old friend is just not there, who lived with you 24x7. It’s tough.”

Sangeeta Bijlani, who is set to appear on Indian Idol 15, was quizzed about the long-standing rumour regarding cards for her and Salman Khan's wedding were printed before the ceremony was called off. Breaking her silence, Sangeeta acknowledges, “Jhoot toh nahi tha (It wasn’t a lie)."

Asha Bhosle is only going strong. The legendary singer had social media abuzz with her performance on Punjabi singer Karan Aujla's superhit song "Tauba Tauba" at her concert in Dubai over the weekend. On Monday morning, videos of Bhosle singing the track from "Bad Newz" at her show on Sunday became viral on the Internet. The veteran singer also copied one of the popular steps from the song, which was picturised on Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri in the 2024 movie and choreographed by Bosco Martis. Aujla said he feels blessed after "the living goddess of music" sang his superhit song. "I wrote it at 27, she sang it at 91 better than me," he wrote on his Instagram Stories.

Sonakshi Sinha and her hubby Zaheer Iqbal are currently enjoying their vacation in Australia. A video from their vacation is going viral on social media. Gal Gadot took to her Instagram on Sunday to post a picture of herself, revealing that she was diagnosed with a "massive blood clot" because of which she underwent brain surgery. The Israeli actress wrote, "In February, during my eighth month of pregnancy, I was diagnosed with a massive blood clot in my brain. For weeks, I had endured excruciating headaches that confined me to bed, until I finally underwent an MRI that revealed the terrifying truth (sic)." She then talked about how difficult it was for her and her family to gulp the truth. After the MRI was done and it was claimed that she need to immediately go through brain surgery, Gadot prepared herself for the situation. "We rushed to the hospital, and within hours, I underwent emergency surgery," wrote the actress. During the process, her fourth daughter Ori was born. Reflecting on the meaning of the name of her daughter, Gadot wrote, "Her name, meaning "my light," wasn't chosen by chance. Before the surgery, I told Jaron that when our daughter arrived, she would be the light waiting for me at the end of this tunnel." Gadot was hospitalized at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She thanked the team of doctors for taking care and helping her recover. Gadot wrote, "Thanks to an extraordinary team of doctors at @cedarssinai and weeks of dedicated care, I made it through and began the road to recovery. Today, I am fully healed and filled with gratitude for the life I've been given back." The actress further asked women to listen to their bodies as "pain, discomfort, or even subtle changes often carry deeper meaning (sic)."
