Son of Sardar director Ashwini Dhir has died in a tragic incident. His son who was named Jalaj Dhir was killed in a car crash in Mumbai. Jalaj's was traveling along with three of his friends in the car. The accident took place on the Western Express Highway at Ville Parle. According to the reports, Ashwini's son was just 18-years-old. He was traveling late at night from Bandra to Goregaon with his friends. One of his friends, Sahil Mendha who was 18 as well was driving the car. As per Free Press' report, Mendha was under the influence of alcohol. On the Express Highway, he lost control of the car. This happened around Sahara Star Hotel. The car then got hit into the divider between the service road. Jalaj and another friend Sarth Kaushik (18) died as they were taken to the hospital.
