He bought a penthouse office space on the 30th floor of the Andheri landmark 'Signature' from Lotus Developers, the real estate development company headed by veteran producer Anand Pandit. Actors such as Ajay Devgn, Shahrukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Kartik Aaryan also own properties here.
