Following its worldwide premiere on May 28th, Panchayat Season 3, has set records by ranking among the top three most-watched Indian Originals on Prime Video, in just 14 days. The new season has been streamed by viewers in over 167 countries and territories and has been viewed across 99% of India's pin codes in the first two weeks. Prime Video today unveiled a wholesome trailer of the upcoming slice-of-life comedy film Sharmajee Ki Beti. Presented by Applause Entertainment, and produced by Ellipsis Entertainment Production, the film is written and directed by Tahira Kashyap Khurrana, and stars Sakshi Tanwar, Divya Dutta, and Saiyami Kher in the lead roles, along with Vanshika Taparia, Arista Mehta, Sharib Hashmi and Parvin Dabas in pivotal roles. It will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in India and over 200 countries and territories on June 28.

Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD is set to have a pre-release event in Mumbai on Wednesday evening. The film, featuring an ensemble cast including Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani, is scheduled for a theatrical release on June 27. The paparazzi captured Prabhas and Kamal Haasan arriving in Mumbai. On Tuesday night, Prabhas was seen arriving in the city with his entourage.

The Bombay High Court has approved the release of the Annu Kapoor starrer "Hamare Baarah." According to Live Law, the court granted permission for the film to hit theaters on June 21, after the filmmakers agreed to remove 'objectionable' content. The decision was made by a division bench comprising Justice BP Colabawalla and Justice Firdosh Pooniwalla, who noted that the film does not offend the sentiments of the Muslim community and is intended to uplift women.
