EXCLUSIVE | Gully Boy Fame Nakul Roshan Sahdev On Gymming Helping Him Become Emotionally Strong: You Alone…

Nakul Roshan Sahdev Exclusive: Known for projects like Gully Boy, Pagglait, Candy, Teerandaz (Aar Ya Paar), actor Nakul Roshan Sahdev recently also wrapped up shooting for his next film Murdabaad. To be the best on-screen, one also has to take care of fitness. And Nakul is also a fitness enthusiast.
Recently, the actor shared his fitness mantra and said, "Training is part of my lifestyle. It's like taking a shower every day. Even if it's just 20-30 mins of skipping sessions, I cannot imagine a day without it. I don't take any off day. No matter where I am."
Nakul explained that going to a gym regularly also helps one in overcoming emotional breakdowns. "I had so much anger in me after my first break up and I only knew one way to channel it, which is through physical exertion. I would not be able to put myself to sleep without physically exhausting myself," he said.
"After I lost my Nana ji, I was in the worst shape both physically and mentally. Whenever I go through a low, I shut myself from the world, and I spend long hours running because my mind is constantly looking for answers. After some time, MMA happened. I loved that sport from my first class. It has made me a more resilient human being. I felt closer to myself, to my purpose every single day," the actor added.
Nakul also advised others to focus on fitness and shared that it helps one become strong."You just need your pair of running shoes, a bottle of water and some good music. Every single day! You need to understand that to most people when they go through a tough situation their victim mindset kicks in, that's when they need people to talk to, and soon they are dependent on other people. Know that, you alone are more than enough to handle everything," he said.
