Fawad
Khan
on
being
a
threat
to
Bollywood
actors:
Pakistani
actor
Fawad
Khan
is
an
iconic
star
who
not
only
commands
a
huge
fan
following
in
his
own
country
but
also
in
India.
The
actor
has
etched
a
firm
name
in
the
entertainment
industry
with
some
stellar
performances
in
famous
dramas
like
Humsafar
and
Zindagi
Gulzar
Hai.
He
recently
spoke
about
the
experience
he
had
while
working
in
Bollywood
and
the
love
he
got
from
fans.
Fawad
Khan
if
he
was
a
threat
to
Bollywood
actors
During
his
appearance
on
Ahmad
Ali
Butt's
YouTube
channel,
the
42-year-old
actor
was
asked
to
share
his
views
on
whether
his
presence
in
the
Hindi
film
industry
was
seen
as
a
threat.
The
actor
replied,
saying
that
his
public
relations
representatives
often
used
to
argue
with
him,
telling
him
about
how
'visible'
he
needed
to
be.
The
host
asked,
"You've
made
a
lot
of
friends
in
India,
but
it
came
to
the
point
where
you
were
being
compared
to
the
big
names.
Did
it
p**s
off
a
lot
of
the
big
dogs?
Ali
Zafar,
Mahira
Khan
and
you
were
being
offered
lead
roles
in
one
of
the
biggest
industries
in
the
world.
Do
you
think
it
happened
too
soon
for
you
in
order
to
become
a
threat?"
Responding
to
him,
Fawad
said,
"How
would
I
know,
man?" Further,
when
he
was
nudged,
the
actor
said
in
Urdu,
"That's
such
a
heavy
question.
I
got
a
lot
of
love
from
India.
But
look,
every
industry
has
its
politics.
In
Pakistan
as
well.
But
it's
easier
to
combat
the
politics
in
your
industry
because
it
is
your
own."
"I'm
not
saying
it
(the
industry
politics)
is
unheard
of,
I'm
sure
it
happens
everywhere.
But
there
was
one
thing,
if
I
talk
about
threat
or
no
threat
-
I
had
PRs,
and
they
used
to
get
angry
at
this...
I
was
like,
'I
need
you
to
take
out
my
name,
not
put
it
in
there',"
he
added.
He
concluded
by
saying,
"I
would
ask
my
PR,
'You
are
here
just
to
remove
me
from
places,
not
put
me'.
My
manager,
who
is
my
good
friend
now,
would
say,
'No,
You
don't
know
how
the
world
works'.
I
said,
'I
don't
want
to
do
Instagram,
Facebook,
I
don't
want
to
do
all
these
things.'
But
she
would
say
'That
is
the
norm!'"
Before
Pak
actors
were
banned
in
India,
Fawad
made
his
Bollywood
debut
in
2014
with
Sonam
Kapoor
in
Khoobsurat
and
went
on
to
work
in
Ae
Dil
Hai
Mushkil
and
Kapoor
and
Sons.
