Filmfare Awards 2024 Telecast Date, Time, And Channel: Alia Bhatt Wins Best Actress; Credits Ranveer, KJo

One of the most highly anticipated, prestigious awards nights of the year - the 69th edition of Filmfare Awards - grabbed eyeballs as top celebrities walked the red carpet at GIFT City in Gujarat recently. While it honoured the artistic and technical excellence of cinema and felicitated the inspiring journeys of countless luminaries, filmmakers, and technicians during the awards evening, it also saw the who's who of Hindi Cinema setting the stage afire with scintillating performances. All eyes are glued to ZEE as it'll be the first time that the network will air the Filmfare Awards. The 69th Filmfare Awards 2024 with Gujarat Tourism, will air 9 pm onwards on 18th February on Zee TV, Zee Anmol, Zest, Zing.

Ever since the release of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, audiences have showered tremendous love on Rocky and Rani. At the recent 69th edition of Filmfare Awards, the talented Alia Bhatt was honoured with the prestigious Black Lady in the Best Actor in a Leading Role (Female) category for her exceptional portrayal of Rani. And while giving her acceptance speech, she dedicated the award to her beloved co-star & the heartthrob of the nation, Ranveer Singh, also known as Rocky Randhawa. Alia lauded Ranveer for his exceptional support and for bringing out the depth of her character, Rani.

Alia said, "This award and my performance is synonymous with the other half of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, and that is Rocky. So Ranveer Singh, if you're watching this, I will send you this award for six months, and we'll share it in a year. Because if it wasn't for you being the most wonderful co-star, I don't think I would be standing here with the award. So, thank you, Ranveer!"

She added, "Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is a love story but my love story with the movies started because of one person and that is Karan Johar. So thank you K, I know I have thanked you a lot of times on this same stage amidst many tears and I will continue to do that whether I am on stage or not because genuinely you believed in me, and you gave me so much love, you gave me the kindness, and you gave me your energy, and for that, I am always grateful. Thank you for making me your Rani."
