Govinda Health Update: Popular Bollywood actor and Shiv Sena leader Govinda, who recently made headlines due to a misfiring incident involving his licensed revolver, is set to be discharged from CritiCare Asia Hospital in Mumbai on Friday. The actor sustained a bullet wound below the knee and was admitted to the hospital's Intensive Care Unit on Tuesday morning.

In a statement to ANI, Govinda's wife, Sunita Ahuja, shared, "He is better. We will admit him to the normal ward today. He is much better than yesterday (and) will be discharged the day after tomorrow. With everyone's blessings... he has recovered."
Sunita, who was in Kolkata at the time of the incident, reassured fans, saying, "He has a great fan following, so people are praying for him. I would like to the fans not to panic... he is fine."

EVERYTHING ABOUT GOVINDA REVOLVER ACCIDENT
According to Govinda's manager, the actor accidentally caused the gun to discharge while attempting to put it back in a cupboard after cleaning it at around 4:45 AM. The revolver slipped from his grasp, leading to the injury. After the incident, Govinda immediately contacted his wife and manager, prompting a swift response.
His manager quickly made his way to the actor's residence, leading to Govinda being taken to the hospital.The manager noted that they had planned to fly to Kolkata for a show, and he had just reached the airport when he received the emergency call from the actor.
Later that day, Govinda's daughter, Tina Ahuja, arrived at the hospital to be with her father. Dr. Ramesh Agarwal, who performed the surgery to remove the bullet, reportedly confirmed that the actor's condition is stable but emphasized the importance of rest for at least a month.
After the incident was reported, fans voiced their worries about the actor's health. In response, Govinda released an audio message thanking his fans for their prayers and expressing gratitude to the medical team for their care.
