Jigra Recovers Its Budget Amount: Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina starrer Jigra is all set to release in theater on October 11, 2024. Everyone is eagerly waiting to see whether the movie will be a profitable run for the actress or not. Well, it seems that the fate has already been decided. According to Bollywood Hungama, Jigra is made on a budget of Rs. 90 Crores. 80 Crores sum was used to make the movie while 10 Crore was used for print and publicity.

Jigra Recovers Its Budget Ahead Of Release

The entire sum of 90 Crores have been recovered by Dharma Production, reports a source. Reportedly, Jigra got a premium price for the combination of Alia Bhatt and Vasan Bala. Netflix agreed to pay 70 Crores for Vasan's directorial. On the other hand, the movie fetched 20 Crores from satellite. Indeed, it has made a deal of 90 Crore already. Now, whatever they earn will be a benefit for the makers.

When Will Jigra Release On Netflix?

Jigra will be released in theater on Friday, October 11, 2024. It generally takes a movie 80-85 days to release on OTT after it's theatrical run. Even though the exact release date has not been announced, but it is expected that the movie might release somewhere in early 2025.

Besides Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina, Jigra also features Jason Shah, Yuvraj Vijan, and Aditya Nanda. The movie is written and directed by Vasan Bala and is produced under the banner of Eternal Sunshine Production and Dharma Productions.
