Kakuda Trailer: After Munjya's Success, Director Aditya Sarpotdar Brings Another Spooky Comedy, WATCH

Kakuda Trailer: 2024 is the year of horror-comedy as Bollywood is embracing spooky dramas back-to-back. After a successful attempt of Munjya, there is already a high hope for the Stree and Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise. Now, Munjya director Aditya Sarpotdar has come up with another horror drama, Kakuda, and the trailer was released on Tuesday for the fans to get a taste of the drama already.
Kakuda Trailer Gives A Spooky Vibe Set In A Haunted Village
The trailer shows the intrinsic side of a haunted village named, Ratodim where every house consists of two doors, a small one and a big one in an attempt to use the smaller one by a ghost, named, Kakuda. The story gets interesting when Indira, played by Sonakshi, and Sunny, played by Saqib, fall in love and get married and started living in the village. However, things turn worse when Sunny forgets to open the small door kakuda on their wedding night which leads to invoking the spirit.
The malevolent spirit is known to curse the household head with a hump growing on the back until 13th day when they'll pass away. With Sunny's life in danger, helpless Indira will seek advice from Victor, a ghost hunter played by Victor. In the trailer, Riteish will be seen mocking Manjulika from Bhool Bhulaiyaa and Stree which makes the trailer a combination of horror and comedy.

Bankrolled by Ronnie Screwvala, Kakuda is all set to be released on July 5, 2024, on Zee5. This is the first movie of Sonakshi after her wedding, and second movie of the year after Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
