Kalki 2898 AD Hindi Advance Booking Day 1 Collection: Kalki 2898 AD is the upcoming and highly anticipated movie being made in India. With a humongous budget touching Rs 600 Crore, the movie is likely to go down in history as one of the biggest and costliest multi-starrers ever made in the country, especially from Tollywood.

National Award-winning director Nag Ashwin is behind Kalki 2898 AD, which boasts an ensemble cast. The filmmakers splurged about Rs 200 Crore on the film's VFX alone. The movie is set in the future in a fictional city called Kashi. Prabhas will be seen playing the character of Bhairava and the theatrical trailers of Kalki 2898 AD mesmerized the fans.

Prabhas Talks About Bhairava In Kalki 2898 AD

Ahead of its worldwide pan-India release in as many as five languages on June 27, Prabhas recently shared about his character Bhairava and said, "My character has a lot of grey shades. I will be seen as a superhero, and there is also a humor touch to it. Telugu audiences have seen me in roles like these before. But for non-Telugu audiences, this is the first time they will be watching me in a funny character with grey shades. I think this is the best character I have ever played in my life."

This epic mythological sci-fi film stars Prabhas as Bhairava, a bounty hunter, Amitabh Bachchan as Ashwattama, Kamal Haasan as Supreme Yaskin, Deepika Padukone as SUM-80, Disha Patani as Roxie, Saswata Chatterjee as Commander Manas, Brahmanandam as Rajan, Bhairava's landlord, Pasupathy as Veeram, a rebel from Shambhala, Anna Ben as Kyra, Shobana, Harshith Malgireddy, Rajendra Prasad, and Keerthy Suresh (voice-over) as BU-JZ-1 alias Bujji.

The movie was written and directed by Nag Ashwin. Vyjayanthi Movies banner is bankrolling the film on a massive budget of Rs 600 Crore.
