If you keenly follow Kangana, you must have heard that she is allegedly selling her bungalow in Mumbai's Pali Hill. The bungalow was in news in 2020 when BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) took action against it for allegedly illegal construction and partially demolished it. According to the reports, Kangana Ranaut is allegedly selling her bungalow of Pali Hill. A real estate YouTube channel named Code Estate gave the inside tour of the luxurious property. The plot is of 285 square meter while the construction area is of 3042 square feet approx. According to the reports, the market value of Kangana Ranaut's bungalow is around Rs. 40 Crore.

Kangana Ranaut's office for Manikarnika Films is designed by Shabnam Gupta. The plot has a beautiful parking space that can easily include 2-3 cars. There is stunning wooden staircase, spacious workplace and a cosy discussion and conference area. There are several workstations, including wooden work desk and aesthetic culture of white and blue color. The editor's room is soundproofed and has bright pink color in it. French doors, sheer blinds, custom furniture, and wooden desk gives Parisian cafe vibe. Even though the YouTube channel that uploaded the video of the house on sale did not mention Kangana's name in it. But it is obvious because back in 2020, Kangana gave an inside sneak peek of her office.
