Redditors dug out a old tweet where Kriti's fan page shared an old picture of the actress from a scene of Bareily Ki Barfi where she could be seen smoking for onscreen purpose and it was claimed that the actress has been antismoker. Her mother Geeta Sanon, retweeted it and further claimed that the actress has always been so and asked people around her to quit smoking. She wrote, "She has always been anti-smoking and used to ask people around her to leave smoking."
