Himachal Pradesh's Mandi became the centre of attraction as Kangana Ranaut locked horns with Congress' Vikramaditya Singh. Both political leaders attacked each other in their speeches while trying to convince the aam aadmi (mango people) to vote for them.

WHAT KANGANA RANAUT SAID AFTER WINNING MANDI LOK SABHA SEAT?
After her victory, the Fashion star expressed her gratitude towards the votes for their love and support. She also mentioned PM Narendra Modi's name in her first message post her win.
"We fought this election in the name of Narendra Modi. It is the result of his credibility and his guarantee and the faith of people in him that we are going to form the government for the third time," she was quoted as saying by ANI.
According to the official website of the Election Commission of India, Kangana received 537022 votes while Vikramaditya Singh got 462267 votes from the people in the Mandi constituency.
On the professional front, Kangana Ranaut will be next seen in Emergency. She is playing the role of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the upcoming biopic. The release of the much-awaited flick was postponed as Kangana was busy with her election campaign.
