Maharaj: Junaid Khan's No Buzz Debut; No Star Kid Has Ever Been Launched Like This

Maharaj: Aamir Khan's son Junaid Khan has made his acting debut. While the reviews for his performance has been positive, it has clearly been a no buzz debut especially for a star kid. Whenever there's a star kid being launched, the buzz around it is a lot. Social media is abuzz about how they have performed and a lot of things. However, despite Maharaj being a good film, and Junaid making an impressive debut, there's not buzz about him a lot.

The movie premiered on OTT, and it started streaming without any trailer or songs being released. The only thing it made it to the headlines was about the controversy. However, apart from that there's not much talk about Junaid.

Junaid is the son of the one of the biggest superstars of Indian cinema, Aamir Khan, and his debut, that too an impressive one should have been celebrated. But, that's clearly nothing happening.

In fact, last year, when Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, and Agastya Nanda made their debut on OTT, just like Junaid, they had become the talk of the town. For their performance in The Archies, none of them got great reviews, but still people were talking about these star kids. However, here even with an impressive debut, no one is talking about Junaid. Also, with Sharvari stealing all the show in the film, Junaid was a bit sidelined by her. While many have watched or heard about Maharaj and Junaid Khan's debut, but a laymen might not even have an idea that Aamir Khan's son has made his debut.

Junaid Khan's Upcoming Movies

Well, Junaid has a couple of projects lined up. He will be seen in a movie opposite Sai Pallavi in a movie titled Ek Din, and reportedly, has also started working on his third project which stars Khushi Kapoor. Let's hope that maybe these upcoming projects of the star kid will create some buzz about him.
