Mr and Mrs Mahi Twitter Review: Rajkummar Rao has been making headlines lately as he is coming up with the second release of the year. After the success of Srikanth, Rajkummar has now come up with Mr and Mrs Mahi and the audience can't keep calm about it. Helmed by Sharan Sharma, Mr and Mrs Mahi also features Janhvi Kapoor in the lead and it has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year.

For the uninitiated, Mr and Mrs Mahi happens to be romantic sports drama that revolves around a love filled couple who share a common love for the game of cricket. From the trailer to the song, everything about Mr and Mrs Mahi had got the fans excited. And now, as this much anticipated movie has hit the floors, the social media is abuzz with tweets about Mr and Mrs Mahi.

Taking to the micro-blogging site Twitter was all praises for Rajkummar and Janhvi's performance and called the film a blockbuster. He wrote, "Everyone at the theater was pleased by Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao's acting. They performed really well. This movie is going to be Blockbuster." Another user tweeted, "#MrAndMrsMahi took me on an emotional rollercoaster. Highly recommend".

To note, Mr and Mrs Mahi marks Janhvi's second collaboration with Rajkummar and director Sharan Sharma. To note, Janhvi had earlier collaborated with Rajkummar in the 2021 release Roohi which also featured Varun Sharma in the lead. On the other hand, she was seen in Sharan Sharma's directorial debut Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl wherein she played the titular role.

Meanwhile, talking about his character and the movie, Rajkummar stated, "My character's name is Mahendra, he is a failed cricketer, he had a lot of passion in his life for cricket, he wanted to be a cricket player one day and play for the country, but it didn't happen because of peer pressure, because of family pressure, so today he is walking on the path shown by his father and then they get married, Mahima and Mahendra. And then how he lived his dream through her. Because she used to play cricket, so he decides that he will train her and she is a doctor".
