Confirming that Munjya will have its TV premiere before its OTT debut, the filmmaker stated, "Munjya will have its television premiere first and then it'll be releasing on the Disney Plus Hotstar platform. The TV premiere will be on Star Network (Star Gold) and this will be in the last week of August. Immediately after which the film will release on Hostar."
