Noor Malabika Das' Death: Noor Malabika Das' death is taking social media by storm after the young actress was found dead in her apartment. The airhostess-turned-actress died by suicide, according to the police, and her last rites were also performed by the police. Now, as per the Times of India reports, her family has broken silence over her death and revelaed that the actress was 'depressed' and 'unsatisfied' with her career.

Hailing from Assam, Noor Malabika Das moved to Mumbai with the hope to join Bollywood. Her paternal aunt revealed, "She went to Mumbai with big hopes to become an actress. However, she was fighting hard to achieve this. We understand that Malabika was unsatisfied with her achievements that forced her to take this extreme step."

Noor Malabika Das used to work in Qatar Airways before joining Bollywood. She worked in several films and web series after quitting her job as an air hostess. The actress was featured in projects like Siskiyaan, Jaghanya Upaya, Charamsukh, Dekhi Andekhi, Walkaman, Teekhi Chatni, Backroad Hustle, among others. She was last seen in Kajol and Jisshu Sengupta starring, The Trial.
According to ANI, Noor Malabika Das' neighbours informed police of a foul smell coming from her flat in Lokhandwala after which her body was found in decomposed condition on June 6. Despite repeated attempts to contact the family, no one came forward, and at last police performed the last rites with the assistance of the Mamdani Health and Education Trust NGO, which handles the cremation of unclaimed bodies.
