Pushpa 2 & Chhava Release Date Update: Pushpa 2 is the latest buzz in the entertainment segment as the movie is all set to come up with its second installment after a massive success of the first part. The movie, which stars Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, was set to clash with another big film, Chhava that also stars Rashmika Mandanna as the female protagonist. However, latest reports claim that the movie is now eyeing for a new release date to avoid the clash with Pushpa 2.

Pushpa 2: Allu Arjun Starrer To Have Solo Release Without Chhava?

Earlier Vicky Kaushal's Chhava was set to release on December 6, while Pushpa 2 is set to release on December 5. Now, according to the reports by Midday, Vicky Kaushal's historical war drama is likely to advance the release date to avoid the clash at the box office. The official release date will be announced soon.

For the unversed, Chhava is based on the novel by Shivaji Sawant, where Vicky Kaushal plays the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, and Rashmika Mandanna plays the role of Sambhaji's wife, Yesubai. The film also stars Divya Dutt as Sambhaji's stepmother, Soyarabai, and Akshaye Khanna as the Emperor Aurangzeb.

On the other hand, Pushpa 2 features Rashmika Mandanna as Srivalli and Allu Arjun as Pushpa Raj, who plays the role of a coolie who rises in a syndicate smuggling rare red sandalwood found in only Seshachalam Hills in Andhra Pradesh. This is the second installment of the 2021 film for which Arjun won the national award for best actor. The film also stars Fahadh Faasil, Dhananjaya, Sunil, Ajay Ghosh, Jagadeesh Prathap Bhandari, among others.
