Salman Khan Houses Firing Case Update: In a significant update on the Salman Khan house firing case, special court in Mumbai has issued a non-bailable warrant against Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Another warrant has been issued for Rohit Godera, an alleged member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Both have been absconding since being named in the charge-sheet earlier this month.

Gunshots were fired outside Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai's Bandra area in April this year. The incident was reportedly orchestrated by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, with Anmol Bishnoi claiming responsibility via a Facebook post. This attack is part of a series of threats and attempts to harm Khan and his family over the years.

Non-Bailable Warrants Issued

The special judge for Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) cases, B D Shelke, issued standing non-bailable warrants against Anmol and Godera. This action follows their evasion after being named in the charge-sheet related to the case. The police have been actively searching for both individuals since then.

Salman Khan recently spoke about the threats he and his family have faced from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang while recording his statement to the anti-extortion cell of the Mumbai Crime Branch. "I heard a cracker-like sound. Then, at around 4.55 am, the police bodyguard said that two people on a bike had fired from a weapon at the Galaxy Apartment's first-floor balcony," he recounted.

Anmol Bishnoi's Speech

The chargesheet filed by Mumbai police's crime branch revealed that Anmol Bishnoi delivered a nine-minute "motivational" speech to shooters before they attacked Khan's residence. He instructed Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal to execute their task well as it would "script history." According to NDTV, he said, "Do this work well. After the work is completed, you guys will script history."

Anmol further encouraged them not to fear while carrying out their mission, stating it would bring societal change. He advised them to fire shots in a manner that would scare Salman Khan and instructed them not to wear helmets or smoke cigarettes to appear fearless.

Salman Khan's Statement

Khan also mentioned previous threats from Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang members during an interview where they talked about killing him and his relatives. He believes that these threats culminated in the recent firing incident aimed at harming him and his family while they were asleep inside their home.

"Earlier also, Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang members in an interview talked about killing me and my relatives," Khan stated. "So, I believe that Lawrence Bishnoi, with the help of his gang members carried out the firing incident when my family members were sleeping inside."

Following this alarming event, security around Salman Khan has been significantly increased to ensure his safety and that of his family.
