In an interview with Indian Express, Jaganbir's mother, Sukhbir Kaur, revealed that at the age of 3, Jaganbir lost his eyesight due to a coin-sized tumour in his brain. Faced with the challenging situation, doctors recommended seeking treatment in Delhi or Mumbai. Troubled by Jagan's condition, Pushpinder, Jagan's father, decided to take him to Mumbai. In his innocence, Jagan believed he was going to meet Salman Khan during this journey.Sukhbir Kaur shared that after witnessing Jagan's excitement, she chose not to disclose the truth. After Jaganbir was admitted to the hospital, a video expressing his wish to meet Salman was made. The video reached Salman, who graciously fulfilled the promise by visiting Jaganbir. Overwhelmed, Jagan verified Salman's presence by touching his face and bracelet. Sukhbir happily reported that her son is now doing well, having regained 99 percent of his eyesight, and he attends school regularly.
