Sarfarosh Turns 25: Did You Know Aamir Khan Was REALLY 'Disturbed' During The Shooting Of The Film? Here's Why

Sarfarosh is one of the biggest hits in Aamir Khan's career, and it is still much talked about film in the Bollywood industry without a doubt. Recently, the Aamir Khan starrer turned 25 for which a special screening was arranged where all the cast members attended and talked about the film and their characters.

Aamir Khan On Being Disturbed During The Shooting Of Sarfarosh

Aamir Khan, who played the role of a police officer, is regarded as one of his best performances. However, little did we know that he was thoroughly 'disturbed' during the shooting of the film. Why? In the event, Aamir Khan talked about the same, and revealed, "I was really disturbed about one thing while shooting the film. I was in continuity with a couple of films that time. Toh main apne baal chote nahi kar paaya jitna mujhe chota karna tha. Toh woh baat mujhe itni disturb karti thi. Aaj bhi jab main apni film dekhta hu toh mujhe lagta hai ki, 'Yaar, ye scenes dobara nahi kar sakte?' (I was not able to cut my hair short and this bit disturbed me a lot. Even today when I watch the film, I go, 'Can't we redo these scenes?) Luckily I was supposed to be in plain clothes so yeah we tried to pull it off."

To which, Naseeruddin Shah, who also attended the event, added, "Aur agar Bollywood mein policeman ka mould Aamir Khan nahi toh aur kaun todta (If not Aamir Khan then who else would have broken the mould of the policeman)?"
