Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput have become the proud owners of a luxury apartment in a posh area in Mumbai. The couple has bought a flat worth Rs. 59 crores in Worli, Mumbai, not only that, but they have also paid a stamp duty worth Rs. 1.75 Crores. If reports are believed to be true, this is the second property purchased by the duo in Oberoi Realty's Three Sixty West project.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput's lavish home has 5395 sq ft RERA carpet area with three parking spaces. The apartment is on the 24th floor of tower B in the high rise building, and was purchased by the Kapoors from Chandak Realtors.

A real estate consultant revealed to Hindustan Times, "The particular apartment was purchased by the Chandak Realty at a price of around ₹65,000 per sqft and it has now been sold at a price of over ₹1 lakh per sq ft. This is over 50% appreciation in a period of one year."

For the unversed, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput have already been owners of a 8281 sq ft apartment in the same building that they bought in 2018 with a whopping price of Rs. 55.60 crore while paying a stamp duty of Rs. 2.91 crore.
