Singham Again Censor Report: CBFC Orders To Delete THIS Scene Of Raavan & Sita; Simmba's Dialogue Deleted

Singham Again Censor Report: Singham Again has been making headlines ever since it was announced. Along with the intriguing plot and a pack of talented Bollywood actors, the movie has been the centre of the attention for months. Now, ahead of the release, as it was sent to the CBFC for the certification, the body has asked to modify the final output before it hit the screen.
CBFC Orders To Make Changes In Singham Again
For the unversed, the Central Board of Film Certification has granted the film U/A certificate to Singham Again along with that the makers were asked to modify 23-seconds long 'match-cut' visuals featuring Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh signifying the roles of Lord Rama, Sita Maa, and Lord Hanuman in Ramayana. On the other hand, they were asked to make another change in a 23-second long scene where 'Singham with Shri Ram, touching feet'. Another scene where Raavan, portrayed by Arjun Kapoor, pulling and pushing Sita was deleted along with 'Hanuman burning lanka' and 'Simmbra flirting dialogue'.
The dialogues between Zubair and Simmba were modified while some of the dialogues of Zubair were deleted. Another 26 seconds dialogue deleted as it might 'affect the international relationship with neighbouring country'. Then, the Shiva Stotra score in the background has also been removed. Another dialogue of Zubair, 'Teri kahaani ka Raavan main hoon, tere chahite ko bhej' is asked to be modified.
Last but not the least, CBFC has asked to redraft the disclaimer with, "This film is purely a work of fiction...Although the film is inspired by the story of Lord Ram, neither its narrative nor the characters should be viewed as revered deities...The story features contemporary characters of today...or societies, and their cultures, customs, practices, and traditions."
The total cuts in the film is 7 minutes 12 seconds and the final length of the film stands at 144.12 minutes.
