Kajal Aggarwal On Not Being A Part Of Singham Again: All eyes are on Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty's upcoming Diwali bonanza 'Singham Again' (Singham 3) and rightfully so! Earlier this month, the trailer created a havoc on the internet and fans couldn't but to notice Kajal Aggarwal's absence in the third installment of the much-loved Singham franchise.

For those unversed, popular South actress Kajal Aggarwal became a pan-India star after she played the female lead 'Kavya G Bhosle' in the all-time blockbuster film 'Singham' (2011).

Singham Again: Kajal Aggarwal Breaks Silence On Not Being A Part Of Ajay-Rohit's Film

Directed by Rohit Shetty, 'Singham Again' (Singham 3) is a modern-day adaptation of the Hindu mythological epic 'Ramayana'. The film boasts a star-studded ensemble including big names like Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor in the lead.

Fans expected to see Kajal Aggarwal, who played Bajirao Singham's love interest 'Kavya' in the first part, in Singham Again. During a recent interview with News18 Showsha, the actress addressed her absence from the film.

Talking about not being a part of Singham Again, the actress playfully stated, "It's difficult to answer if I wished I was a part of Singham Again (laughs). But I'll tell you one thing. As an actor, we're all very greedy. We always wish that we're a part of every film that gets made."

When she was asked about her absence in the subsequent Singham franchise films, the actress praised Rohit Shetty and the way he "connected and tied everything and made an entire universe".

Kajal Aggarwal Reacts To 'Singham Again' Trailer

Reacting to the trailer of Singham Again, Kajal said, "It was a smashing one! I'm looking forward for the film to release and I'm waiting to watch it."

Recalling her shooting experience during Singham, she stated, "We all had a very good time throughout the making of the film. Everyone was extremely warm. Ajay and Rohit were fabulous people to work with. There was a lot of humour on set and it was a very relaxed shoot. I was very comfortable working with Ajay and I don't remember being intimidated or having any sort of apprehension. He's a man of few words and a thoroughly professional. He's so good at what he does. He was such a perfect co-star!"
