Son Of Sardar Director Ashwini Dhir's 18-Year-Old Son Dies In Tragic Accident; Here's WHAT Happened
Ashwini Dhir's Son dies: Son of Sardar director Ashwini Dhir has died in a tragic incident. His son who was named Jalaj Dhir was killed in a car crash in Mumbai. Jalaj's was traveling along with three of his friends in the car. The accident took place on the Western Express Highway at Ville Parle.
According to the reports, Ashwini's son was just 18-years-old. He was traveling late at night from Bandra to Goregaon with his friends. One of his friends, Sahil Mendha who was 18 as well was driving the car. As per Free Press' report, Mendha was under the influence of alcohol. On the Express Highway, he lost control of the car. This happened around Sahara Star Hotel. The car then got hit into the divider between the service road. Jalaj and another friend Sarth Kaushik (18) died as they were taken to the hospital.
Medhan has been arrested by the Mumbai police. His blood samples were taken and was discovered that he was under the influence of alcohol. The fourth friend, Jedan Jimmy (18) is alive.
As of now, Jimmy has given his statement to the police. According to his statement, he and Mendha took a cab to Jalaj's house in Goregaon East on Nov 22. They spent the afternoon there and then decided to visit one of their friend Jia Mehta in Andheri. Reports claim that they reached her place at around 7.30om. At her place, Mendha consumed vodka. Jimmy and Mendha then returned to Jalaj's house by 11 pm. They were then joined by their friend Sarthak. They placed video game for a couple of hours and then drove to Bandra in Mendha's car at around 3.30 am. It was Jimmy who initially drove the car. Later, Mendha took over and reached Bandra at around 4.10 am. While returning, Mendha was driving at an alleged speed of 120-150 km/hr. He got confused about the direction and lost control of the car due to which the accident took place.
