According to India Today, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, who are rumoured to be dating for a while now, are all set to exchange wedding vows on June 23 in Bastian, Mumbai. Now, Sonakshi's brother Luv Sinha broke his silence and addressed the ongoing wedding rumours.
Talking to ETimes, the actor-politician has stated that he has no comment or involvement in the matter. He was quoted by the daily, "I'm out of Mumbai at the moment, and if it's regarding the news published, I have no comment or involvement in the matter."
Sonakshi Sinha's Father Shatrughan Sinha Reacts To Daughter's Wedding Rumours
Earlier today, veteran actor and Sonakshi's father Shatrughan Sinha reacted to his daughter wedding rumours. Talking to Times Now, the actor-politician confirmed that he is unaware of Sonakshi's wedding. "I am in Delhi right now. After the election results, I flew down here. I haven't spoken to anyone about my daughter's plans," he stated.
He continued, "We trust her judgement completely. She would never make an extra-constituional or illegal decision. As a consenting adult, she has the right to make her own decisions. Having said that, I would like to say that whenever my daughter gets married, I would like to be dancing right in front of the baaraat."
The Shaan actor further talked about why is not aware about his daughter's potential wedding. "I am being asked by people close to me why I am not aware of this and the media is aware of it. All I can say is, aaj kal ke bachche consent nahin lete maap-baap ke, sirf inform karte hain (these days, children don't seek permission from parents, they just inform). We are waiting to be informed," he concluded.
